The Department for Education, Department of Health and Social Care, Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government, Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport, and Youth Justice Board for England and Wales have published a summary of responses to its consultation on changes to the statutory guidance Working Together to Safeguard Children, new child death review guidance and new regulations.

The report shows that 703 organisations and individuals submitted responses to the consultation and sets out a summary of responses in each section along with the Government response.
