Home Office minister Victoria Atkins, speaking at a Westminster Hall debate on modern slavery, has said that that the Independent Child Trafficking Advocates Service, which provides specialist support to child victims of modern slavery, will launch in the West Midlands in mid-October. The service will then be expanded to the East Midlands from January 2019 and in Croydon from April 2019.
