Review of child protection in family courts launched

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has launched a review of how family courts protect children and parents in cases of domestic abuse and other serious offences in England and Wales. The review will involve recommendations from a panel of experts and views from a public call for evidence on how the system can be improved.

The project aims to ensure that the interests of children are the primary concern of family courts.
