Southampton City Council foster carers and adoptive parents provide stable homes for children who can no longer live with their birth families and have come into the care of the Local Authority. They offer a supportive, caring and secure foundation, enabling children and young people to move into the future with confidence. Come along and find out more at our fostering and adoption information stall at Bitterne Library on Tuesday 22nd January 2019, between 11am and 1.30pm.
