Description
This is an exciting informal event open to anyone who has an interest in fostering and the children and young people in care in our city. We ask you to join us to start the conversation about how we can all play a part in making sure our children have the best futures possible and our foster carers are the V.I.P’s of the city.
This event would suit you:
•If you are interested in becoming a foster carer
•If you are an employer who wants to know how to support and encourage fostering in your business
•If you are a business with a CSR policy and want to know how to help
•If you are not in a position to foster yourself, but want to show support and help
•If you represent a faith organisation, the youth sector, or the voluntary sector and can spread the word
The evening will include foster carer and care leaver speakers, speed networking and of course lots of conversation!
Refreshments will be served at 6pm and onsite parking available
