Youngsters are being left to fend for themselves on the internet against dangers such as bullying and grooming, a report has said. The Children’s Commissioner for England, Ann Longfield told the Today programme we should “take greater action to shift the balance of power to children” online so that they are better able to understand the risks posed by online activity.
