New Skydive

D-Day is approaching for our brave volunteers who have agreed to tandem skydive on Saturday 12th September to raise money for Fosterline Foundation.

Fosterline Foundation aims to raise funds to help sustain Fosterline – the independent confidential impartial advisory support service for current and prospective foster carers in England.

It’s not too late to sponsor one of our volunteers who are jumping out of a plane at 12,500 feet; one of the jumpers is Leanne Holder, an advisor for Fosterline.

Leanne has worked for Fosterline from the start of the contract in June 2013 and feels passionate about what we do.  Leanne said: “As a foster carer myself for the last 16 years I know how isolating and frightening it can be at times and I love being at the end of the phone to reassure and advice fellow foster carers in their hour of need.”

If you have ever phoned and received support and advice from Fosterline, would you be willing to give a donation to Fosterline Foundation? Click on the link to find out more about our skydivers or to make a donation.
