Foster carers come from all walks of life, with all kinds of backgrounds, experiences, knowledge and skills.
During the assessment process applicants will be offered introductory training and after approval will be assisted to complete the Training, Support and Development Standards (TSD) for Foster Care.
Other more focused training will also be offered with lots of support for those who have never done any training before.
