Helpline man 2016

Do you think that Fosterline deserves to be nominated for the Helpline of the Year Award 2016?

We are proud of the service we provide and during the past year alone, Fosterline has provided information, advice and support to over 68,500 enquiries (from current and prospective foster carers) via our helpline and interactive website.

Over the last 12 months we have achieved the following to improve our service to our users:

  • In response to some of our users preferences, we have added a live chat service on our website. Available Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm, current and prospective foster carers can message our qualified advisers and have their questions answered there and then in private without having to pick up the phone.
  • To assist our callers, we have added a call back service available Monday to Friday 10am – 4.30pm so that they can book an appointment online for a Fosterline Adviser to call them back when it’s convenient to them.
  • We believe that we provide foster carers and fostering services with first class customer service; a belief that was confirmed earlier this year as we received the Customer Service Excellence® standard.

Have you ever contacted Fosterline and received help and support?

If the answer is yes, then please vote for us to receive the Helpline of the Year Award for 2016. This prestigious award, made by the Helplines Partnership, will go to the champion for the helpline sector, who has made a significant contribution to the wellbeing of service users and garnered respectability for the sector.

You can nominate Fosterline for the Helpline of the Year Award by clicking here to go to the Helplines Partnership Nomination Form.

The closing date for nominations is Friday 7th October 2016 at 5pm.
