Angela Frazer-Wicks, a founding member of the Family Rights Group’s parents’ panel, shares her experience of saying goodbye to her two young children when they were taken into care. She describes the importance and ongoing value that last meetings have for parents who have to say goodbye to their children, and calls for all families to be given the same opportunity despite the restrictions on contact as a result of the pandemic.
