Six London boroughs have been awarded £1m for a scheme to improve access to high-quality residential care and fostering placements for looked after children. The successful bid was submitted by six out of the 10 borough members of the South London Commissioning Programme: Greenwich; Croydon; Merton; Sutton; Bexley and Lewisham.
