The Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel and the Department for Education (DfE) have published correspondence setting out the terms of reference and timescales for the national review following the murders of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes and Star Hobson. The Panel anticipates publishing the national review by the end of May 2022.
