At Capstone Foster Care, we are proud of the outcomes our foster families achieve with the children in their care.
However, have you ever considered directly supporting a parent in the care of their child?
Parent and Child Placements allow parent(s) to remain with their child(ren) in the safety of a fostering household.
Parents benefit from the stability a foster placement provides while being taught, supported and guided by you, the foster carer.
Foster carers are a key role in supporting professionals to assess the right plan for the child(ren) and whether they can remain in their parents’ care.
We invite you to learn more by meeting Debbie Burd, Team Manager, who has years of experience managing such placements and Nina Holt, an experienced Parent and Child Foster Carer.
This event is open to all, regardless of experience. Parent and Child maybe something you can consider now or it maybe something that you want to work towards.
