Do you care enough?
The number of people coming forward to foster fell in 2016 by one-third; that’s over 5,400 applications fewer than the previous year (Ofsted 2016). Additionally more foster carers are needed for sibling groups, teenagers, children from black and minority ethnic groups, children with disabilities and asylum seeking children.
Fosterline has launched an exciting new foster carer recruitment campaign. The OneMoreHome campaign aims to raise the profile of fostering. Running across key social media platforms, #OneMoreHome started off with a bang on 8 May 2017 with our Thunderclap message shouted out on the social media rooftops.
We would like your help to continue spreading the word about the campaign. You can do this by:
- Download #OneMoreHome posters for distribution. You can also take a selfie photo with one of the posters and email it back to us at: enquiries@fosterline.info
- Download the fostering information pack which also contains posters
- Use the hashtag #OneMoreHome on social media
One share can make a difference, helping potential foster carers to get in touch with Fosterline and provide OneMoreHome to a child in need. Thank you.
