The Education Policy Institute (EPI) is seeking feedback on how it analysed pupil mobility data and defined ‘explained’ and ‘unexplained’ moves in its recent report on the problem of unexplained pupil exits from schools. An open consultation asks for suggested changes or additions to the analysis in the working paper, alternative explanations for school moves and suggestions for further questions about pupil mobility, inclusion or exclusion that could be investigated.
